Do you believe everything you see? Are you one to search for facts? We know, a storied career a la Bill Nye the Science Guy awaits. Though unlike Mr. Nye, we’re not here to tackle the science behind spinning objects or space exploration, but we do know a thing or two about the inter-workings of our best-selling Brightener Balm.
It’s time to start thinking like a nerd…
Why Our Brightener Balm Is Effective
Our Brightener Balm is a rich, hydrating, clear-shine balm that enhances the details, colors and overall vibrancy of your tattoos. It’s infused with brightening Vitamin C to keep your skin gently exfoliated and even-toned. Plus, organic moisturizers like Coconut Oil, Olive Oil and Shea Butter boost hydration. While powerful antioxidants like Vitamin E, Green Tea and Resveratrol work together to protect your tattoos from environmental damage. At 95% organic, our Brightener Balm is a high-quality formula that helps your tattoos feel brand-new again.
How Our Brightener Balm Works
It’s that Vitamin C that’s really put to work here. Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate or BV-OSC is an antioxidant. It is a very stable lipid soluble, from the vitamin C family. This stability allows it to better penetrate the skin. The problem with most topical forms of vitamin C is they are water soluble and can’t make it through the rich skin barrier to reach the middle layer of skin where they could have utmost benefits. BV-OSC is able to successfully penetrate the upper layer and move to the layer underneath (dermis) to stimulate collagen production as well as clarify and brighten the skin by inhibiting the production of pigment, thereby promoting a more even skin tone.
How Fast You See Results
With just one swipe of our Brightener Balm, you see brighter, more vibrant tattoos. And with more usage and time, your results get better. The best part of all is that a little product goes a long way – and lasts a long time. At their base function, all our products act as ultra moisturizers, so they keep your skin and ink hydrated for extended periods of time. You’ll catch a glimpse of your tattoo one day, and you’ll see that it simply pops. It’s magic, or as it’s better known, science.
